These Terms govern access to Science For People services and allocate operational, legal, AI, billing, and risk responsibilities in a way intended to remain conservative under Estonian and EU law.

1. Provider and acceptance

s4p OÜ (registry code 17415128, VAT EE102945199), registered at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, provides the services described on this site.

These Terms become binding when you create an account, sign in, click to accept legal terms, place an order, or otherwise use the service.

2. Eligibility and capacity

You must have legal capacity to enter into this contract and may use the service only for lawful personal or business purposes.

If you act on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

3. Account ownership and workspace authority

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for activity performed through your account unless unauthorized use results from s4p breach of mandatory law or contract.

Workspace administrators are responsible for member access, role assignment, lawful uploads, internal authorization, and downstream privacy notices inside their organizations.
